About Raedell
I am a Brooklyn-based strategist who helps social impact organizations move bold ideas to measurable action. As Principal Consultant at RMW Impact Consulting, I partner with leaders who are long on vision but short on internal bandwidth, serving as a thought partner and capacity builder to keep mission-critical work moving forward.
For over 20 years, I have worked across school districts, early childhood systems, nonprofits, state agencies, and research organizations to design strategies, implement complex initiatives, and capture learning. My work is grounded in a human-centered, data-informed approach that blends quantitative evidence with the lived experience of educators, families, and communities most impacted by decisions.
I hold a M.A. in Public Policy from George Washington University, a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics & Law from Binghamton University, and a Graduate Certificate in Survey Methodology from the University of Maryland/University of Michigan Joint Program in Survey Methodology.
